My name is Naya Moss. I am an online college student currently obtaining my bachelor's at Southern New Hampshire University, majoring in computer information technology with a concentration on web development. I have also recently obtained my A+ certification from Per Scholas Technical Institute. Here, I received over 400 hours of hands-on A+ and networking training. I began to gain experience in the IT industry in 2011, during my junior year of high school, by founding my own business, LilyMint. I repaired mobile devices and desktop PCs. After graduating high school in 2012, I furthered my knowledge in computer software and added help desk support to LilyMint. The experience I acquired within my business made me skilled in customer satisfaction, verbal and written communication, computer and mobile device software, computer and mobile device hardware, organization, project management, flexibility, and teamwork.
