FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices quoted through Thumbtack are estimates until a technician can evaluate the job online. Most estimates are pretty close because MorTech Computers has done many jobs in many different areas through Thumbtack so you can use the estimated price as a pretty good ballpark figure on how much you will be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A proper introduction is always important. Then a short discussion over the phone to find out exactly what the "problem" is. Then the technician will sign on to your computer remotely to do an evaluation. then the technician will contact the customer with some more accurate time and cost for the remote services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by IBM in LAN and WAN networking, PC repair. and Data Recovery. We also repair all Mac computers
