- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Courses at Allround are taught in learning cycle of 45 days. Each 45 day learning cycle consists of the below mentioned - 12 Live instructor led sessions - 200+ Activities - Post class Puzzles - Regular matches against peers - Feedback on child's progress - life time access to mentors and like minded peers community Each 45 day learning cycle is priced at $120. Each subsequent learning cycle will also be charged at $120 when you renew. We do run certain discount programs during different parts of the year, you can get more details by reaching out to us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer enrolls with us, we start the onboarding process by sending an email to the customer sharing details about his credentials for the Allround platform. We share a guide to the different components of the program and have a customer support team available to assist with any issues
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The course has been developed by Women's International Master, Viktoria who was also part of National Chess team of the United states. She has over 12 years of experience designing courses for kids to learn chess. These courses are taught by experienced chess teachers who are handpicked by Viktoria and we ensure that they have prior experience of teaching and playing.
