What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a sliding scale based on the needs of the student. If more lessons are booked in advance and purchased in bulk, I can offer discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an introductory lesson in which basic principles and concepts for our work will be laid out. I will assess the goals that you yourself want to achieve and determine how I can help you reach them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees from two of the most prestigious music schools in the world. I have also guest taught at major universities and have applied my technique in my own performing career which has taken me all over the world.
