Pricing is based on the scope of the job, equipment needed, and time involved. We give clear quotes upfront and don’t do hidden fees. If anything changes, we’ll talk it through before moving forward. Discounts may be available for repeat clients, bundled services, or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs. From there, we recommend the right setup, provide a clear quote, and handle the install or event from start to finish. We show up prepared, communicate clearly, and make sure everything works the way it should.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is built on hands-on, real-world experience with professional sound, lighting, and low-voltage systems. We stay current with industry standards, equipment, and best practices through ongoing training and field experience to ensure every system is installed and set up correctly.
