- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $220 per session. I’m out-of-network, but I’m partnered with Thrizer to make reimbursement easier and more immediate for clients who have out-of-network benefits. I also provide a superbill if needed. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots when available, and I’m happy to talk through cost and options during an initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a brief consultation to see if it feels like a good fit. From there, the first few sessions are focused on getting a clear understanding of what’s going on and what you want to change. As we continue, the work becomes more focused and we begin looking at patterns, building awareness, and finding practical ways to move forward. I try to keep the process collaborative and straightforward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with training in trauma-informed care and EMDR. My background includes working with ADHD, substance use, and trauma, and I’ve spent a lot of time working specifically with adult men. I also continue to pursue ongoing training to stay current and deepen my work.
