- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a contractor the most important goal is to have my customers satisfied that's why we have 10% off this whole month (September) so our customers can help their budget a little be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all is to know what exactly my customers need so I know what to offer them, most os the time I have discunt on my first client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a home improvement contractor licensed by the NYC, also I have 40 HRs OSHA training and Site Safety Training 10 Hrs, I have a 4 Hrs supported Scaffold license and 16 HRs Suspended Scaffold license. I have algo a college degree in Industrial engineering (by my origin country Dominican Republic).
