- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally price our services on a per audio minute basis. We find this to be the most fair and most transparent way. Our customers will always know the full, all-in price before we start.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of customers including large and small business, advertising agencies, video production firms as well students, academics and universities.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We guaranty our turnaround time. When we provide a quote, we indicate when the work will be done. If it is not, the client is given a partial refund.
