FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have established a working relationship, I like to have a discovery conversation to understand what exactly the client is seeking and put together a plan to execute it successfully.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a seasoned professional with 20+ years experience in sales, events, travel, trade and consumer marketing. During my time at Getty Images, I produced over 250 events with a sales focus at the heart of the execution. These client focused events allowed for soft conversation starters for a member of the sales team. During lead capture events, guest experience was priority while easily capturing necessary contact information within GDPR guidelines. Prior to joining Getty Images, I was a Disney Vacation Club Guide overseeing about 1,200 member families in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the Bahamas. Core responsibilities included selling timeshare packages to new members as well as up selling to existing members through current members and mining the DVC database for unassigned members. Before joining Disney Vacation Club in 2009, I was a Senior Catering Manager for Sheraton Hotel in Smithtown, New York. My work experience also includes working on several activation events for American Express and Svedka Vodka resulting in career advancement with a focus in startup situations, sales, account management, experiential marketing and event and project planning and management. I began my career in 1997 as a game night assistant for the National Hockey League’s New York Islanders paving the way for post collegiate experience in multiple industries such as Major League Baseball, fashion, recruitment and compliance.
