What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on event size / number of vehicles / hours of service. We provide a free, no-obligation quote before booking so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand the event details — date, location, number of guests, and parking setup. From there we send a formal quote, confirm staffing and arrival time, and stay in touch leading up to the event as well as doing a walk-thru of the venue. On the day, our team arrives early to walk the site and coordinate with venue staff before guests arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional valet operations, including safe vehicle handling, customer service, and traffic/parking logistics.
