All depends of the number of guests, how long is the party, what needs to be done etc, that's why we always talk over the phone or email and go through all the details with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all thank them for choosing my services and trusting in me. Together we pick best way to communicate - email, texting or meeting in person to discuss all the details. As a professional I want to make sure that my client feels comfortable and confident about our work.
