Introduction: Please note, My rate for major holidays start at $85 per hour. My rate for non holidays start at $40 ph. Major HOLIDAYS include THANKSGIVING, Christmas Day and Christmas Eve, NYE. Hey I am fully vaccinated and all of my team members are also vaccinated,. We started working with Thumbtack in August 2018, and maintained my 5 star rating. I have a bilingual staff. I have team members fluent in the following languages, French, Spanish, Russian, Hungarian, and Arabic If I don’t reply to your request, it’s usually because I’m already booked. The website charges for any communication. So, even if I reply, I can’t do it, it can cost $35 just to politely decline. I have over 15 years experience in hospitality. I can help out with small dinner parties, larger casual parties, cocktail parties, weddings, children’s parties, etc. I’ve worked with high profile clients. I have fine dining experience (providing a seated dinner) French service, and buffet experience. I can work in any environment (fine dining or more casual). I am organized, efficient and clean. I provide a caterered, detailed service. I am not an agency, but I do have additional staff. I prefer 2 work all events myself. If more than one service professional is needed, I work with a small, but great team of servers and bartenders. I also have grillers & dishwashers available. Everyone on my team is very experienced and professional. I know there is alot of competition. I am confident in saying, that myself and my team is TOP NOTCH Please note, I have to have a minimum charge. If you event is only 3 hours, it would be a higher hourly rate. I have a staff, and in order to have the best people working for me, I pay them well. If your event is a short event, it would still be the only event I work that day. I will always give 200%. Also Thumbtack raised their prices by 70%. Some leads can cost the professionals, as much as $48., even if we don’t book the job. HOLIDAY SERVICE- Please understand, that anyone who works on a major holiday, earns a higher rate. I pay my staff double time, for Thanksgiving. The website doesn’t allow you, to display a higher hourly rate, for holidays. Depending on location, the holiday hourly rate starts at $85 Sommelier Service Online only. I recently started offering Sommelier services. I have a small team of professional in the field. These are top professionals, that worked in top places in NYC, France and UK. Event Help and Wait Staff

I wasn't sure what I really needed for a small party I was having this past halloween. I knew that I needed help keeping food warm and getting it out to be served. Jessica came in and handled almost everything! She handled all of the food and decided it would be better to serve the hors d'oeuvres because people weren't making it into the dining room. Amazing idea! Also helped with dishes, cleaning up around the house and refilling drinks. We would definitely have her again! Really great!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Thanksgiving is a major holiday. I love what I do. I have an excellent team of dedicated servers and bartenders. What that being said, the rates are higher on Thanksgiving. Same for every industry. Almost anyone, that works on Thanksgiving, gets paid double time or tIme and a half, for the holiday My prices are competitive and based my experience. Prices will vary, depending on, length of event*, guest count, type of event*, location*, time of year*, and the amount of service professionals working your event. Event Minimum is 3 hours. Events that are 3 hours start at $50 per hour. Events that are 4 hours, start at $40 per hour. Events 5 or more hours start at $35 per hour. Events located outside of the 5 boroughs may have a travel fee, at the hourly rate. One hour minimum. For BARTENDING JOBS. I have a few different options. Tier One- A standard bar with - beer, wine, champagne & simple mixed drinks- working supplies (shaker, stir sticks, muddler, napkins) Tier Two- A custom bar- beer, wine, champagne, mixed drinks, mock tails and custom bar menu with premium ingredients . The ingredients depend on your cocktail choices. +$5.00ph, plus cost of ingredients Examples-Cherub Cocktail Cherry Bomb Mule, Blackberry Mule, Coconut Hurricanes, V20, Deposits are on a case by case basis. If your event is more than 21 days away, I will need a small deposit of hold the date. Please message me, if you have any questions about my pricing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to have a through conversation, about their ideas and expectations for their party. Based on what they tell me they are looking for , and the style of service , I can suggest the amount of a service professionals, they could use. I want things to run, smoothly, but consider their budget. Please be accurate with the guest count If it’s a bartending gig, I ask if they want any speciality cocktails. A simple bar would cost less, than a custom bar. I do like creating a menu. I do have several items, I bring with me, to create unique drinks. I will specify what I’m bringing . For an additional Service charge, I can provide alcohol, . Also, if they have certain requests for uniforms. My staff usually wears one of the following: black or white button down shirts - black pants black or white polos - black pants or khaki pants. (We can buy almost any color polo 4 your event) black cocktail dress Halloween Costume Sports attire If there is a special uniform request, please let me know. FOR LARGE EVENTS in off premise venues I like to see and see the venue, to go over everything, Please not, if you request a quote from me, and I don’t answer, it’s almost always because I am already booked for the same date.     I am insured. Most Private venues, require some level of insurance I am college educated, and well traveled. I know about different cultures. I have worked religious holiday parties. I am familiar with international food. I am TIP certified in NYS, 2016. TIP certified refers to an alcohol training program that most US states require of some of the employees
