I was beyond pleased with the service. The booking was so easy and very clear. Responded to my questions over phone, email or text. Whichever is your preferred method. Very clear about the services and options they provide. More immortality the server they provided, Ian, did such a fabulous job setting things up. He rearranged the tables in my living dining and kitchen so that it flowed much better (25 ppl house party in Brooklyn house)and made sure my guests and I didn't have to do much and that we always had a drink or beverage in our hands. I was going to use paper cups and plastics but he wisely recommended we go with my crystal glass and silverware which was such the right call. He brought a touch of class to that made for a lovely holiday party - that I actually got to enjoy!! Clean up was fantastic.

The helpers were great- very professional. You did send 4 helpers instead of the 3 that I ordered so I do want to make sure I’m not charged for the 4th helper.

Paid full amount. Service was never recieved no one ever showed up. I have called several times requesting a refund have yet to hear back!!! Several messages left no return phone call. Great communication when they want your money Poor communication when issues arise. Dont use them!!!
