- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer four levels of paid, monthly subscriptions, ranging from $26 to $224. Each of these tiers offers unlimited storage, custom domains, and ongoing support and optimization strategy. From our more premium levels of service, you'll start to benefit from dedicated phone support, third-party integrations, SEO, and even copywriting services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to launch all new customer websites in just one week. When you start, you'll be presented with a free AI-built website draft that you can review with your design consultant. They'll work together with you to determine the needs of your site based on your goals and business type. From there you'll be handed off to our onboarding team who will get to work on copywriting, design, and any finishing touches that your site will need to launch. We're proud to be here for you every step of the way, even after your site launches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're lucky to have an extremely talented, diverse team of B12ers who have come to us from all over the world. Our designers are creative geniuses (at least we think so), our SEO experts are always staying ahead of the competition, our leaders are veterans in the high-growth startup world, and yet we all still have so much to learn. We're always learning new things, and we're always perfecting our craft to deliver our best work possible.
