- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the usual pricey marketing company, we work as per your budget & we believe the budget is not doable to produce a certain numbers, we recommend you a budget with transparency or only work after we communicate a clear picture of whether that could help you reach your end goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an in-depth consultation & your decision to go ahead, we start off with a brief form for the required service, in order to get everything proper document, we sign a contract, with all the discussed terms & assign you with a project manager, he is your dedicated account manager who will be available for you throughout business hours. We well document the whole project completion process to make sure everything is being delivered & you walk out as a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our professionals are grads in their relevant fields, from project managers to product designers, developer & marketeers. Most of them are very well experienced & know what they do.
