The Dancing Designer creates elevated dance experiences that blend movement, confidence, performance, and connection. Founded by Tonisha Ramona, a professional dancer and creative director with over 12 years of experience performing alongside major recording artists and across music videos, television, film, live events, and stage productions, The Dancing Designer was built to help people feel more confident, expressive, and connected through movement. We specialize in personalized dance experiences for weddings, private clients, brands, corporate events, community experiences, choreography, and performance development throughout NYC and the surrounding areas. Our work goes beyond simply teaching choreography. Whether clients are preparing for a first dance, learning to dance socially, building confidence, creating a group performance, or looking for a high-energy community experience, our goal is to create an environment that feels supportive, polished, exciting, and deeply personal. Led by Tonisha and the Creative Collective, our team brings together a range of styles and experiences including hip-hop, salsa, Latin fusion, performance training, dance fitness, choreography, and movement coaching.
