Carlos Colon cleaned my gutters and cleared the leaves off my red tile roof. His work was perfect. He worked so long and so well that I paid him a lot more than his bid, because he earned it.

We really appreciated that Carlos was able to work our job in before the weather turned too cold and before Thanksgiving! We have a lot of windows - about 25 - and they look great. Carlos was very polite and worked his way around the house in a timely manner. He cleaned both inside and out and it took about 3 1/2 hours. We were very satisfied with his work.

The most common jobs that I do for my clients include cleaning interior and exterior windows, screens, gutters, Move in move out and post construction cleaning services.I am also a professional mover and do many moving jobs. Colon's window washing speciaIizes in commercial cleaning services and we also offer property clean up, and Christmas light installation.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am very proud of the window cleaning that I did at The Wild Game Experience in Evergreen, Colorado.I also take pride in the fact that I am the window cleaning contractor for Downtown RTD , civic center station and union station.
