Repaired 2 windows that wouldn’t stay open. Responded by phone within an hour of posting the job. Came out the next day. Gave me an estimate over the phone which he honored. No charging for coming out for an estimate. Arrived about 15min early. Gave me a time estimate for completion which he beat. Did the job for about 30% less than estimate from a similarly rated provider who couldn’t get to me for 3days. Responsive competent polite and reasonable.

Eric and Pablo replaced the rubber gaskets and balances for 8 of my windows. At every step they were explaining what they were doing. These guys saved me a lot of money because originally I was planning to get my windows replaced. They repaired each and every part and made the windows look like new. I value their professionalism and I would hire them again.

Eric did an amazing job. My balances on my windows needed repair so that the windows would align properly and open/close properly. I received two quotes from companies that said I have to replace the balances entirely - and quoted me multi-thousand dollar repairs - and an 8 week wait-time for parts. Eric and his partner fixed the balances on my windows on the spot in less than an hour charging a tenth of what the other companies wanted. I can't speak highly enough about my experience. Eric is honest, won't upsell, and will only do what's needed. Strongly, strongly recommend. My windows work great now - no problems.
