Introduction: Clients tell me TWO things time and again... 1) I was able to pull out their best self, rather than feed them a bullshit resume that could be anyone's. I find what's special and terrific about them. 2) They got the job.
All the time I see talented people who should be in better positions but their marketing tools aren't as strong as they are. Very often because that had nothing to do with their job skill set. But as it stands between them and shining in that job, my favorite part is getting the note that tells me they GOT THE JOB!
