John was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend him. He ordered my parts, installed them and got the computer back to me in excellent working condition within just a few days! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and a pleasure doing business with.

John took care of several problems:
1. Charger would not charge properly (had this problem for several months). He resolved the issue.
2. I was having issues with several things in Windows 10. He resolved all of them, plus a few more. After he "tweaked" Windows 10, my system ran smoother and faster than before.
3. I was having problems with Internet Explorer and John resolved the issues.

John was the consummate professional and extremely easy to work with. Oh, did I mention his prices were very reasonable? They are.
I am getting ready to use John again on a different project.

I highly recommend John to solve your computer problems. I have a PC, He also works on Macs.

My computer had a tough problem to diagnose but John was super persistent, solved the issue and was more than fair with his charges. Very thorough, accommodating and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend his services.

John was handled my request beyond what I expected. He was thorough during the entire process, from meeting him and explaining what and why I wanted to giving me updates during the process and asking if I was comfortable with any changes he was making to finally when it was completed and walking me through all the different aspects that I might be unfamiliar with. I absolutely recommend John for any computer hardware and software issues.

John is very trustworthy, honest person. If you're looking for somebody who is determined and will provide a maximum effort to fix your problem in a cost-effective way. He is what your looking for in a computer technician. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to hard drives and computers. I did not have the equipment or the skill to fix my hard drive. It was a difficult repair but john with his creative Style he figured out a way to fix my hard drive as cheaply as possible. I had thousands of photographs that I edited saved on the hard drive. I am very happy with the outcome. He saved all my data. I would highly recommend him!
