Nates company is very responsive. Not only did Julian call me after only a few minutes but, Nate also followed up with me. Julian who replaced my water heater was frendly and professional. The only thing I wish happened differently would be to prevent the rust from the old water heater from dripping. Even a plastic bag over the bottom would have worked. Everything else was awesome.

You are saving me thousands of dollars compared to other quotes. Your expertise and creative solutions to reconnect our wood boiler along with the new oil boiler and solving our hot water tank circulation problem are really appreciated. We were very happy that you worked past your regular hours until 6:30pm to insure that the lines were cleared of air and everything was working correctly so that we had heat that night! You did a great job using most of our existing zone valves, circulators and other existing valves and piping! Meet with or get a chance to talk over the phone with your contractor. I hear a lot of stories about how customers did not feel that they were dealing with respectful and courteous contractors. There are a lot of companies with decent credentials but hiring people with good character is what makes the project turn out well and stress-free.
