- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are small and can be priced at a preset price with state tax, of course. For small businesses and projects that require working on multiple systems or running a network I charge $25.00/HR plus tax.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In March of this year I graduated with my BA in Business Information Systems, I am also studying for my CompTIA A+ certification, I hope to be continuing my education in pursuit of a Masters of science in Cyber Security Studies down the line. I also plan to continue learning through certificate programs as much as I can.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I seemed to naturally gravitate towards technology in high school. Mainly just worked on family and friends computers. Then I realized I could help more than just those around me.
