William is a true professional. Respectful, conscientiousness, and considerate. He contacted me less than 20 minutes after I submitted my request through Thumbtack, came the same day to give a very fair estimate, and completed the job the following day. This all happened in a 24 hour period. Impressive. The work was high quality and he sent me a picture of the completed job on the roof. H also did the little things right - texted me when he was on his way to my home, and texted me again when he arrived and was waiting outside. He was respectful of our home - took his shoes off before coming inside even after we said it was ok for him to keep them on. He properly diagnosed our water leak coming from the attic, and he didn't try to oversell the job or make it out to be a bigger issue than it was. Solid overall experience. I would recommend Leak Experts without hesitation.
