Alicia went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and all my guests were well taken care of. Her warm and welcoming personality made everyone feel like we’ve known her for years and her abilities to multitask and remember all of the special drinks I’ve requested was very impressive. Not once did she show any frustration with my overbearing guests. Instead everyone said how sweet and funny she was.
