I had seen a bed bug in my daughter's room so I contacted this company being they were the only ones I saw that offered a free inspection. Marcus did a thorough inspection to all beds in the house and luckily for me he found no sign of an infestation. I was very pleased with the inspection and I found this company to be highly reliable and honest. They did not charge me one penny for the inspection I would and will be using them again in the near future. Would recommend to all.

I used them for a bed bug problem I had. The service was great they answered any questions or concerns I had. They made few visits until the job was done with no extra charge. I had the work completed in August and it is now December I have not seen one bug. I would recommend there service to anyone. Very professional and through.

Overall good experience. First visit did not entirely remedy my problem however the technician returned for free and re-sprayed for bugs. Haven't seen one since.

Robin sent her inspector, Mark, to do an inspection free of charge, and told me that whatever the problem might be, I was under no obligation to use their service if I chose to go another company. I thought this was extraordinary and highly ethical, as opposed to other companies who wanted to charge me anywhere from $150 to $500 just for the inspection! It turned out my problem was not bedbugs, but something that could be handled by a deep cleaning. Robin referred me to her associate Teyana, an excellent and highly qualified professional who has her own company, Perfect Choice Cleaning Service. Teyana is also a lovely person, thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have hired her to do a deep cleaning of my apartment to clear up any allergens or other problems and hope to be able to have her come I every few months to keep everything spic and span. I am delighted to have found these people and recommend them without reservation.
