Punctual & courteous. Chris explained the problem with our shower cartridge (mixing valve), he was clearly knowledgeable and prepared for the repair, however we were unable to proceed as we need to coordinate with the building manager. If management allows us to hire our own handyman for this repair, Chris is definitely the first call we’ll make!
