I used Daisy’s services for a bathroom cleaning. They were so responsive, on time, and exceeded my expectations. The bathroom looked cleaner than when I first bought my house and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the work done! Definitely recommend Daisy’s services! Prices are fair compared to most cleaning services as well!

We had Daisy's House Cleaning come out for a full day cleaning. They did a thorough cleaning and, as the other reviews mentioned arranged items neatly. Did a good job on the hardwood floors. They used Murphys oil which is what we use. Unfortunately they did not use the correct cleaning products for our natural stone kitchen. When asked why, said they always use soap and water. It was the end of the day, and they refused to use our products to clean, and instead watched as we showed them how you clean, then polish. They also did not use clean towels and scratched two of our bathroom mirrors. These were new mirrors purchased recently as part of a home renovation. The cleaning team denied they were responsible, so we took the price of one mirror off their bill, and we would come out of pocket for the other. For the price, we had a more solid cleaning experience in mind but it was really the customer service problem and language barrier that was the reason for this 2 star review.

After talking on the phone for 20 minutes explaining what to clean and where to clean and having them have to come back the morning after for spots they missed…They still didn’t do a good deep cleaning. I noticed days after lots of things/appliances around my apartment still had visible dust and was still visibly dirty. I paid more then double which I was quoted plus gave a great tip. Never again
