I contacted Mr. Cassano to help me fix a software issue with my custom-built PC that I could not diagnose. Mr. Cassano was prompt and professional with the repair, and quite knowledgeable about my issue. I would definitely recommend him to others looking for a computer technician.

Scott was extremely customer service focused. He supplied an estimate within 30 minutes of my Thumbtack notification being posted, stopped by my house 1 hour later and picked up the computer. And kept me abreast with the status the entire time.
Scott even followed up after he delivered the fixed laptop to be sure all was going well.

Mr. Cassano was very responsive and accommodating of my schedule. He arrived on time, went right to work on my computer and completed the job in less time than expected. He was knowledgeable about both hardware and software and answered all of my questions. His price was exactly what he said it would be, I will definitely use Scott in the future as well as recommend him to friends and colleagues.
