These guys were fantastic. I had a job that I thought they could do but it turns out I need to use the gas company to complete the job. Rather than do anything illegal or unprofessional, they were totally upfront and honest about the job and what it would take. This is just what you want in a reputable company. Hire these guys!!

Today was the day my project was done & I can honestly say Paul went above and beyond my expectations. I'm having my mobile home moved to a new location but I needed to have a large shingled porch roof removed from it first. I also had a set of stairs removed from the back of the house. Paul was prompt, polite, meticulous and incredibly reasonable. He went well above "the call of duty", leaving my property looking better than before he came! I will need to have work done at my new location, I will definitely be calling Paul again..

-Built Frame and covered plasterboard, taped, painted to close off stairs to upstairs. -Installed solid wooden door with locks. -Built handicap depth and width long concrete stairs to basement and shingle roof covering. -Repaired bathroom shower broken pipe. -Replaced wax seal around toilet that was leaking. -Installed bathroom window. -installed molding multiple rooms. -Installed new shut off valve for toilet. -Outside repairs on house as well. -Installed inside door knobs with locks. -Built second floor steps anchored to house with small deck. And cut out entrance way from steps to 2nd floor as a second outside entrance. Installed outside doorway with locks. -Installed screen door to outside. -Installed hallway floor with laminate after installing base floor for leveling -Installed replacement linoleum tiles in bathroom with sub floor to meet height of new floor in hallway. floor. -Replaced Broken walkway with a new concrete walkway and french drain to prevent previous problem of puddling. -Dug out part of outside area of basement to apply foundation tar to prevent water from entering basement. Most recent: -Installed security mailbox. -Fixed shelves that collapsed. -Installed water softener ionic De-Scaler in basement. -Closed off hole outside of house were birds were getting in. In planning process of expanding eaves 2nd floor full dormers to convert from 1 1/2 story cape to 2 story full cape. As you can tell, I keep requesting his services over the years.
