Introduction: I train people utilizing many different types of methods, but specialize more in body weight calisthenics to build strength, muscle mass and to help people lose weight and get into the best shape they have ever been in. I will travel to my clients , or meet them at a nearby park or my personal workout area. Everyone has different abilities, so all workouts need to be custom designed to the clients needs, likes and lifestyle. Helping others look and feel great. Helping someone transform into a healthy, happier person is very rewarding for me.

There is always something new in the fitness area to learn and Michael Polito knows a great deal and shares a wealth of information with eagerness. He stays educated and current with his workout techniques. Always learning more and combining the old methods with newer methods. I had my experience to message with him several times prior to meeting up this past Saturday and he will not only answer your questions, he will anticipate your next one with supplying additional info as well. He will teach you that age is irrelevant and we can all benefit from performing some simple daily stretches to whatever else your bodies requires to get you in the best shape it can be in. He will discuss a proper diet routine to follow and be available to motivate you when you need it. Looking forward to the next workout session.

I've never used calisthenics as a form of exercise and so I was a bit hesitant and insecure in my own physical strength. Michael was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in his demonstration of each exercise. Michael explained proper form, which muscle group was targeted and how training with ones own body weight was a more beneficial form of exercise. I highly recommend Michael as a personal fitness trainer.

    I have always been into fitness and sports all my life. I have always participated in sports at a competitive level. From football and track, to full contact martial arts and weight training. My life is not complete unless fitness is part of it.
