- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer bulk pricing discounts, purchase 10 sessions get 15% off, save $450! For pets, I offer a membership, once the initial session is complete with their individualized garment based on their size, we can do a monthly membership of 2 sessions per month at $300 or $175 per follow up visit outside of the membership.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For humans, I speak to them briefly before their session to gather what they are struggling with, generally their top 3 problems. From there, I ask they lay down on the massage table to allow me to start the muscle testing/magnet placements. For pets, I have a call with the owner to gather information of the pet. I come to your house, depending on the animal, I will generally ask for the Owner's assistance to place the garment, this is solely out of ensuring the pets comfort. Once the garment is on the pet, I will be able to place the magnets on the secured pouches which will allow the pet to have them placed where needed with ease.

I have worked with customers of all ages, children up to senior ages people, along with dogs as well!
