- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is first, get to know the client and the client's care plan, and most important, the client's wishes. The client sets the tone for what they want and how they want it done., then get to know the family and any emergency contacts. Working with everyone involved to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in this field for over 12 years. I am required, by law, to have my certification renewed every year. I attend training classes, as mandated by law.
