- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free on-site estimates. Once at your home, we promptly (and fairly) evaluate the damage and needs. Once we have an overview of the work required, we will provide you a free quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things easy! Damage to your home is a stressful time, and it's our job to make your life as easy as possible. We show up, provide a free and fair estimate, and if approved can begin work ASAP. It's that simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are licensed and insured, they're all employees and background checked, and every one of our staff have all relevant licenses for mold, water damage, and fire restoration services.
