Frank made the "impossible" possible and all in a very tight timeline, what other contractors said couldn't be done, was done and to a very good standard. Frank was a great communicator, a good problem solver, gracious to other stakeholders like our building super and neighbors, and on the whole a pleasure to work with. Frank built two new walls in our loft, demolished another, did extensive and complex painting on uneven and poor quality surfaces, and helped with general handywork - nothing was a problem.
