- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My regular prices are typically lower than the tax chain stores and CPA offices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make Initial Contact. (your choice) Phone call or email to discuss your needs and concerns as they relate to the scope of my services. I will provide a quote for services to be rendered, and email you an initial list of information needed. If you prefer to fill out an organizer, I will upload one to you. Email an invitation for you to create a secure login at my CCH iFirm client portal to exchange all documents. From there, I review and process the information you provide to me. I'll ask questions and/or request more information as necessary. If you have any questions as we go along you can always contact me. When I believe I've prepared a good draft of your returns, I upload a DRAFT copy to your client portal for you to review. If you have any questions or concerns about the draft returns, we work together to get everything resolved. When we have agreed that the returns are final, I will upload final copies to your client portal, together with e-filing authorization forms and my invoice. When you have signed and uploaded the e-filing authorization forms to the portal, and paid my invoice, I will file the electronic returns you have authorized.
