Seamus of Scanlon Technical Support has been my home office IT support technician for over 15 years. He has recovered data from crashed hard drives, helped with hardware replacements and upgrades, and provided valuable remote advice as I've suffered from various email system changes and attacks - all accomplished with reliable competence. Seamus handles all of my PC support needs. He setup a new PC and related hardware and provides regular maintenance. He once rescued my computer from a ransomware attack as well as retrieving all of my data, he installed software to prevent repeat attacks and regularly back up my personal data. I can recommend him as a personable, courteous, knowledgeable technician with exceptional customer service.
