When working with a new customer, we start by understanding their needs and goals. We schedule an initial consultation or site visit to assess the project and provide a detailed estimate. Once the customer approves, we set a timeline, outline the work steps, and begin the project. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication to ensure everything meets the customer’s expectations, and we follow up after completion to guarantee satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training and hands-on experience in construction and exterior restoration. This includes OSHA 30, Site Safety Training Cards. Over the years, I’ve applied this knowledge to a wide range of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards."
