He offers services they don't know how to perform or does a poor job, and doesn't refund the money. They damaged my new floor when installing cabinets and the stone. The cabinets ended up misaligned and with many visible flaws; the backsplash was installed incorrectly in the range hood area, leaving a gap between the stone and the wall.
They left the cutout for the range hood misaligned, so it had to be patch it, and it looks horrible.
