I wanted to leave a great review for Joe, the plumber who was sent to my house through EZ and Repair. From start to finish, Joe displayed outstanding professionalism, craftsmanship, and respect for my home. He not only replaced my faucet flawlessly, but he was also incredibly kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in both their work and how they treat customers, and Joe absolutely does. Zack, the owner of the company, was also professional and great to work with. This company should be very grateful to have someone like Joe representing them. Thank you again, Joe. I finally found a good plumber yay! Btw.. I sometimes have hesitations about new companies ; however , we all must start somewhere , and I reiterate, I had a GREAT experience with this company . This will be a very successful business with the things / people they have in place .
