We just moved to the area. I’m not even sure we had been in the house 24 hours when a spot in the ceiling began to leak at, at least, 9 o’clock at night. We panicked, jumped on Thumbtack, and found Rico. We will be forever grateful! Rico is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has great customer service skills. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and started work the next morning. The house even threw him an extra curveball and he rolled with it, with ease. We will definitely be reaching out to Rico with any future plumbing needs -and I believe there will be more 🤣-, because we know he’s going to get it done right at a price we can totally live with! Rico did a fantastic job and saved me thousands of dollars I didn’t need to spend. I originally called him for a second opinion because I received a quote from another plumber that I had a broken pipe and it would be $6k to dig up my floor, fix the pipe, and reconcrete. Rico came in, found that the previous plumber’s snake was simply twisted and my pipe was not broken. He did a great job then fixing my original problem, which only required snaking my drain. Then, I hired him back to put in a new sink and new plumbing for the sink in my basement, and he did an amazing job! He not only did a great job, I thought his pricing was fair! He’ll be my first call next time.
