Rico responded quickly to my urgent call, a plugged, leaking at the base, 50-60 + yr old toilet, with galvanized pipes, on well water, to make the job even more interesting! This wasn’t discovered until he got into the project. Although he wasn’t able to start at the originally scheduled appointed time - a family need had to come first, which I greatly appreciated seeing & understood. So even with the unexpected issue of broken old pipes inside a wall, the job was done with efficiency, compassion & understanding. We are very grateful to have the job done, with the price very acceptable, completed within 24 hours of placing the request for help. We were surprised we couldn’t see where he cut to access the broken pipe. Everything was cleaned up when finished & even checked on another issue I mentioned. We would absolutely recommend others to call, you won’t be disappointed!
