I sent a message at 10am Viktor was at my house by noon on a Saturday at no extra cost being a Saturday. His service was EXCELLENT! Very professional. Communicated well his findings and repaired my refrigerator. He will be returning to install the ice maker and water. Definitely keeping his number for other household appliances fixtures, if needed. He was able to respond to my need for a repair person almost immediately and was very pleasant and responsive to my machine. He was very honest in that he could have charged me more money than it was worth to fix it, but told me I would be better off getting a new machine and only charged me for the initial service call even though he probably spent an hour or more diagnosing the issue. I would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair work and plan to use him anytime I need help in the future.
