Within minutes, Viktor responded to my message regarding a refrigerator repair and immediately came to our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue. He helped me find the replacement part required and as soon as it arrived, he came back to finish the job. Our fridge is running as good as new!!! While here, I mentioned an issue with our dryer. He offered to check it out and once again, identified the problem. He had a replacement part in his car and repaired the dryer, as well! Viktor was incredible and I plan to call him for future needs. Highly recommend!!

When you’re a mom of two little ones and your washing machine stops working, you panic! Viktor came within hours of me searching thumbtack and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and was back two days later to repair. While here, he also cleaned my dryer and noticed the vent not installed properly (a fire hazard). Viktor was incredibly fair with what repairs we should pay for and when we should just get a new washer. He didn’t try to upsell. I will recommend Viktor to all of my family and friends.

I was very pleased with the attention to detail workmanship. He got to the problem quickly and readily knew how long it would take to complete.
