I put in the request for help repairing a whirlpool refrigerator that had been leaking water from the ice maker. Viktor answered my request within 2 minutes and was able to come about an hour later. He diagnosed the problem and had to go to multiple stores to get the needed parts. He also cleaned all the vents and inside the back panel. We would definitely hire him again for any appliance repairs.

Viktor was extremely thorough with his assessment and attempt to fix our dishwasher. Ultimately, he determined that it needed to be replaced with a new unit and backed that up with all the reasons why. He puts a lot of effort into the work he does and has a wonderfully, positive way about interacting with his customers. I appreciate having kind, knowledgeable people like him, who can help! I hope to not need an appliance repair for a while, but when I do, I won’t hesitate to hire Viktor again.
