If you need AC or furnace services performed at your house you can trust that I will take care of the problem at hand, and doing so I will clearly state what was wrong with the system and then help you decide what should be the next step. I'm not here to sell you a new AC if you just need a part replaced. Same goes for your furnace, if u need a cleaning and a simple part replaced, some guys in fancy fleets of trucks will scare you into a new furnace or AC. Not us, I'll just properly fix your problem. Most furnaces and AC's in Rochester should last you 25 years if properly maintained. Maintaining them is actually quiet simply and can be done once a year or once every other year.

Will is a true professional. He guaranteed that he would fix my freezing pipe issue that others failed to fully resolve. Like he promised, after many hours of hard work, my pipes never froze again. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I could not recommend him enough.

Will and his team were incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to with small vaue add things, free of charge, such as rewiring the thermostat; mine was working but it "was not correct" so Will rewired it and I did not know my furnace had 2 stage heat that could be controlled by the nest. The AC unit he recommended was affordable and is so quiet I don't hear it outside my bedroom window even if the window is open! I've already recommended them to a co-worker and will recommend to anyone.

My family had a good experience with Will Dalton from Northeast Mechanical. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and available options clearly. We really appreciated that he always asked for permission before moving forward with any parts or repairs—never pushing anything unnecessary. Will was patient, thorough, and committed to figuring out the root of the problem. The only area that could be improved is communication, particularly in terms of timeliness. However, overall, they were satisfied with the service and plan to work with Will again in the future.
