My family had a good experience with Will Dalton from Northeast Mechanical. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and available options clearly. We really appreciated that he always asked for permission before moving forward with any parts or repairs—never pushing anything unnecessary. Will was patient, thorough, and committed to figuring out the root of the problem. The only area that could be improved is communication, particularly in terms of timeliness. However, overall, they were satisfied with the service and plan to work with Will again in the future.

Will came to swap out an old thermostat for a smart one. He not only did that but he basically looked at our whole AC and furnace, gave me tips on maintenance and even talked about future projects I want to do and how he would accomplish them. Overall great experience and great person who walks you through everything from start to finish not missing anything in between.

Will provides professional, honest HVAC services. We had an issue with our furnace and he was available in a timely manner to get us back up and running.
