I do not currently have a standard and try to work within my customers budget and still provide an overall excellent experience!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out to the customers house to plan the meal and see what facilities are on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Culinary and Pastry at Gastronomicom in the South of France!
