- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For office / commercial cleaning we charge for what we actually do, not by square footage. We come to your business and meet face to face and walk thru counting the number of desks, trash cans, upholstered chairs, bathrooms etc. We have a basic cleaning list to start with, but we have come to realize, one size does NOT fit all. One client has us water the plants, another has us mop the yellow lines in the warehouse. We can work with you budget. We can quote your "ideal" and also for that that may save you a little money. We can work with your budget. We have clients we have had for over 13 years. For House Cleaning, for the FIRST "move in / move out" cleaning. We usually do estimates over the phone for those jobs. The price is lower for repeat cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For commercial cleaning jobs - first we set up an appointment with you to walk thru your business location. We can usually give you a bid within a few minutes for smaller jobs. We go over what you need done and at what frequency. We do a complete safety and health assessment of the job site. We discuss entrance and exit procedures, where supplies are kept and contact persons information. Next we work at coordinating our staff and schedules to start your cleaning. this may take 2 or 3 days, or in some cases a few days longer. For HOUSE CLEANING, we set up a time to meet you and do a walk thru to see what you need cleaned. We note anything that needs special attention or caution, such as marble floors, expensive vases, antiques etc. We prefer not to have the keys to your home floating around and are happy to provide you with a key lock box. Then we go to work to put one of our trained cleaning teams in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?First Agape Clean has been in the cleaning business for over 16 years. We are constantly looking for efficient and more effective ways to clean. For example we now use microfiber for all our cleaning cloths. We have also taken cleaning course in various areas including carpet cleaning, moping, floor care.
