Mickey Hamilton was the DJ we hired through Thumbtack to play country music from 2:00-4:00 pm on 7/4/14 at a NY State Park pavilion for my daughter's graduation party. Since I hadn't hired someone this way previously I wondered how it would be? I contacted Mickey to give him a down payment and directions to the party and then my daughter emailed a list of songs she'd like played about 4 days before the party. Mickey showed up on time the day of the party, played music we all liked and everyone had a good time. I'd give him an A+ and would hire him again for a party!

DJ Mickey was a great DJ and very professional. He was early and couldn't even tell he was setting up. Mickey went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. If I have an event where I want a DJ he will be the first I call.

Mickey is the coolest. He's very responsive, highly reliable, super down-to-earth, professional, and experienced. He's got great equipment, a great DJ persona, and an excellent singing voice! He did music, karaoke, and trivia for my corporate event and it was a smashing success with my relatively reserved office folks. Thanks again, Mickey.

We absolutely loved DJ Mickey! He was awesome at feeling the crowd at our wedding reception. I felt awful about the time screw up, he wasn't able to get in to set up when he needed to but he set everything up outside until he was able to get in. He was great in making the end to our day! Really enjoyed his personality.

I've been involved in music in many different ways all my life. Music has the power to bring out strong memories, feelings, and can usually be associated with some of the best times of a person's life. Being able to be the one that provides that special part of an event for someone on their day is an honor and privilege.
