FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not too complicated. I have a flat "driving to your house" rate of $5 no matter where you live. For feeding the dog once I get to your house, letting the dog out to go to the bathroom and walking the dog is $13 per hour. If you are gone for a night or weekend and you need the dog to be watched over night(s), then we can talk about pricing options when the time comes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common types of jobs are during the afternoon and evening. I am currently taking care of a dog who's owner works from 5a.m. to 6:30p.m. and I feed the dog breakfast, let them out to do their buisness, take them on a walk and feed them dinner if their owner is not home to do it. I stay in their house sometime if the owner is away for a night or for a weekend.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent job that I am proud of would have to be the dog that I am taking care of now. The owner and I have become very close to where we talk and see each other on a regular basis. She has become very close to me and my family. I take the dog out every morning and stay with her until the last afternoon and go back to the house to feed the dog for dinner. Im proud of this because the dog Stella was being abused and neglected. She was only being used to give birth. Her hips are worn out from it now and she will never walk or run the same. She was nervous to be around people when I first meet her, but after working with her for 2 1/2 years, Stella greets me with kisses everytime I walk through the door.
