Koosha responded to a last minute request I sent for help on fixing a loose shoe molding at the base of my wall. He was quick to respond, professional, courteous, and efficient. Completed the job timely and it looked just fine. Appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him. My husband and I did feel that the pricing was expensive for a quick simple repair (have worked with other contractors to know roughly how much the job would cost and I know my other handyman who wasn’t available would have charged less). The following estimates on this job from other contractors that came right after the problem was fixed confirmed we were overcharged double. I do realize it was on short notice so needed it done as soon as possible. That being said, I paid double for the job to be taken care of on short notice. Aside from pricing, Koosha the handyman and the completed job itself was excellent.

I have used Roc Tech Solutions twice now. Once to install flood lights and today to install a ring camera flood light. The owner responded immediately even though it was night time and a holiday weekend. Not only did he stay in contact with me, he gave me a free quote and did the work the next day. He brought a worker this time, both were professional and efficient. Not a lot of talking and no upselling. The work done was fast, precise and beautiful. They even matched the wires to the siding of my home. Truly grateful!
