Quoted m ae $150 for putting up a small shelf with two screws. Asked if he could do better and sent picture of shelf. He re-quoted me $80 and then entirely ghosted me. Dodged a bullet. Handyman re-contacted me and finished the job.

I had them done two lights repair. One is a repair and the other is a replacement. They provide free estimates and were done on the scheduled time (even the weather was not good, they show up anyway). The only comment I have for them is that I hope they can improve their communication a bit. I text them and ask for confirmation of the schedule (on both estimate and actual repair), I have to follow up with them in order to get confirmation, instead of them contact me first. This is a minor issue, but it can help improve your customer experience.
