Everything was amazing! She was very accommodating with suggestions when I was lost for detail in what I wanted. She had great connections for bakery suggestions! Sometimes I wish the pace of doing things were a little faster, but that is the nature of waiting for the arrival of the Wedding Day!

Alona was wonderful to work with. She went over every detail with us to ensure we weren’t missing anything that we might have needed for our wedding. The servers and bartender were phenomenal. We still have friends and family commenting at how they enjoyed interacting with them at our wedding. They were incredibly professional and did a fine job all day. We will definitely hire them for other family parties and events in the future!
When it comes to finding the right coordinator it can be tough . Especially with all the nerves building up from planning and decision making . Choosing Alona and her team to coordinate our wedding was the best decision we could have made ! She helped us leading up to the wedding answered all our questions and concerns . On the day of they came early set up and everything looked amazing ! To say Alona and her team helped us is an understatement she helped me and the whole bridal party get ready , handed out floral to the parents and grandparents, she helped position us in photos, she even accommodated us when we made last minute decisions,she continued to check on us throughout the night . She organized and made sure our timeline went smoothly . We can’t thank A.Caroline Creative enough for making sure our day was all that we could have ever imagined and more ! We highly recommend. Alona went above and beyond and made our wedding perfect! Challenges with rain, she made if perfect it was exactly what we wanted. She added her touches and our vision was what he always dreamed of. Her team and her husband was our dj who was AMAZING!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee for coordinating an event is about 15% of the entire budget or you may negotiate a flat fee based on the scope of services. Every event is different and custom items are priced according to their requirements. You will find us to be very competitive in our pricing as so much of what we do is based on the budget parameters that you give us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a meeting. I like to listen to your ideas so we can develop a plan that will work for you. Once we have a feel for your preference we can go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in fashion design from the University of Delaware and over 2 decades of experience in food service and events.
