Yellow jackets were coming in the house. They bored a hole through the drywall. It was Sunday, and Scott called back right away and came to the house within a few hours. He treated the problem and was knowledgeable and courteous. Very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, in fact we're going to have him come back in the spring for a preventive treatment. After seeing what the bees do better to have them out rather than in the house.
