Scott seems to "know his stuff". He quickly came out and looked over the Carpenter Ant situation. He then sprayed/applied a gel solution near the nest and around the perimeter of the house. There was a ant nest located nearby and I believe the problem was corrected. I have seen dead ants around the area and the "clicking noise" seems to have stopped. The spray takes a few days to work its magic, but eventually it works. Very happy and money well spent...I would use Scott again.
